Upon Arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will go through the emigration process that always takes between thirty minutes to two hours depending on your arrival time. Exiting through arrivals you will meet a representative from Hooves of Africa safaris for a short meet and greet then transfer to your guest house in Entebbe for the overnight on Bed and Breakfast arrangement.

Track Southern white rhinos on foot
Pick up from your guest house and transfer to Ziwa rhino sanctuary where you will be able to track rhinos on foot with the help of armed rangers who are there to guide and protect you throughout the experience.
After one hour viewing and walking with white rhinos, we head oy for a hot lunch before driving to the park gate for clearance and then proceed through Budongo forest to the top of the falls as your first activity in the park. After top of the fall’s photographic moments, drive to your lodge which is in the middle of park as you enjoy wildlife.

Morning game drive and afternoon shared boat cruise on the Nile river
After breakfast (6:00am) we head out for a drive-in search of cats which might still be busy with a kill or running away from the wet grass. Watch out for leopards, elephants, cape buffalo, giraffes, baboons, monkeys etc.
In the afternoon, we a take a shared boat cruise to the bottom of the falls in search of animals that come to drink and cool off on the banks of the Nile River such as elephants, waterbucks, giraffes, buffaloes, Nile crocodile, the monitor lizard, hippos and many birds.

Scenic road trip and evening Bigodi community walk
After breakfast, we will have short game drive as we head out of the park. We drive further to the southern parts of Uganda with a hot lunch en route to Kibale forest. After check in, we take a walk in the famous Bigodi wetlands, a community project managed by the community aimed at changing and improving the lives of the host communities. Watch out for olive baboons, red-tailed monkeys', black and white colobus monkey, bird species, cultural encounter with the local communities. Dinner and overnight.

Am chimpanzee tracking and transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park
After breakfast, you will drive to kanyanchu to join others for briefing before you head to forest with rangers in search of chimps following their calls and tracks. Once chimps have been located, you will spend one hour with them as you learn more about them.
After your hot lunch at the lodge, we drive to Queen Elizabeth national park, check in and prepare for our evening game drive to close the day. (on request we can arrange night game driver for better chances of sighting cats).

Morning game drive and afternoon community boat tour
This park is blessed with with over 90 species of mammals and 600 bird species which makes it ideal for the big game. To increase our chances of wildlife sightings, we start our game drives at 06:30am and hope to meet lions, leopards, elephants, cape buffaloes among others on this quest.
Afternoon, we take a boat cruise on Kazinga channel famous for high density of hippos and to discover more about the water species or meet those that come to relax or drink water in the afternoon. We use the katunguru community boat to support the local communities who are guides and local fishermen. Dinner and overnight at the edge of Kazinga channel.

Optional carnivore monitoring and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After you breakfast, we will depart from Queen Elizabeth national park and drive towards the southern most parts of Uganda. The road trip is both scenic and wild as you traverse through the rural villages of Kigezi region. Depending on where you gorilla permits have been booked, you will have lunch en route and proceed to overnight at the edge of the forest. (Optional lion monitoring program before departing to Bwindi 200$ per person not included on the cost - This is to give you a chance to follow cats as one of the routine procedures in monitoring and caring for these big cats ).

Iconic Gorilla Tracking and transfer Bunyonyi
After breakfast, you will have short drive to the UWA briefing center where you will be taken through the dos, don’ts while tracking gorillas. After you have been allocated a gorilla family in a group of 8 Pax, you will be led by ranger guides off the forest to search for the gorillas. When gorillas have been located, you will have one full hour viewing them as they go on with their daily lives at a distance of 7-10 meters. Later transfer from Bwindi to lake Bunyonyi for overnight. Transfer from Bunyonyi to Lake Mburo national park
Optional lake Bunyonyi activities offered at the lodge, then we transfer to lake Mburo national park with a hot rolex stop in Mbarara town. Uganda is famous for a variety of local dishes and the rolex is one of them! We will stop at the rolex both just in case you would like to taste the rolex. Continue to Sanga gate and check in at your accommodation, have an evening game drive, dinner and overnight at the edge of the park.

Walking Safari and later transfer back to Entebbe for your flight
After breakfast, we take a walking safari to discover the park on foot before departing for Entebbe. This park is famous for its antelopes and zebras of course not forgetting 340 bird species that have recorded here all packed for your walking safari. Later we drive back to Entebbe with a photographic stop at the equator. End of tour (Please note that a day room use can be arranged on request at an extra cost).
