Your first stop is at the Ziwa Rhino and Wildlife Ranch, the only place in Uganda where you can see wild rhinos. Here, you’ll embark on an exciting guided rhino tracking experience on foot, walking safely alongside trained rangers.

Continue your journey with a drive through lush landscapes and vast savannahs as you approach Murchison Falls. In the late afternoon, you’ll visit the top of the falls, a breathtaking site where the mighty Nile River is forced through a narrow 7-meter gorge, crashing down with roaring power into the “Devil’s Cauldron.” Feel the mist on your face and hear the thunder beneath your feet as you stand at one of Africa’s most dramatic natural wonders.

Safari Sights and Nile Adventures

Rise early for a thrilling morning game drive through the vast savannahs of Murchison Falls National Park. As the golden sun rises over the park, the wildlife comes alive. Watch out for elephants, giraffes, lions, buffaloes, antelopes, and a variety of bird species. With a bit of luck, you might even catch a predator on the hunt or a leopard lounging in the trees. Your experienced guide will help you spot and identify the animals while sharing fascinating insights about their behavior.

The adventure continues in the afternoon with a boat cruise along the Nile to the base of the majestic falls. Glide past hippos wallowing in the water, crocodiles sunbathing on the banks, and herds of elephants and other animals gathering for a drink. As you approach the bottom of the falls, the roar grows louder and the mist rises, an awe-inspiring moment as you witness the Nile squeezing through a narrow gorge and plunging with incredible force.
