Stay two nights in a comfortable Rondawel at Skukuza, equipped with AC, en-suite bathroom, fridge, and a relaxing patio. Explore camp facilities, including a shop, restaurant and a refreshing pool.

In the afternoon, embark on a short game drive along the Sabie River, offering prime wildlife spotting against stunning riverbanks. Mid-morning, a scenic picnic site awaits, where breakfast is served against the backdrop of the park’s beauty. After breakfast, return to camp to relax and enjoy facilities.

Lunch at camp, after an afternoon drive, extending our quest for Kruger’s diverse wildlife. At sunset, return to camp for a brief respite before an own-expense dinner at the camp’s restaurant.

The night unfolds with a thrilling Kruger night-drive, led by a ranger armed with a spotlight, offering glimpses into the nocturnal realm. Encounter cats like lions, leopards, servals, and caracals, along with hyenas, porcupines, honey badgers.

Day 3

Skukuza to Satara

Skukuza to Satara

We begin with a sunrise coffee, setting the tone for a engaging day. A Sabie River safari drive unfolds, offering prime wildlife sightings. After returning to Skukuza for breakfast, enjoy a serene moment by the river before the journey north to Satara.

En route, a picnic site stop provides refreshments and picturesque views. Traverse lion territories, potentially spotting prides and the rare white lion. Arriving at Satara by midday, enjoy an own-expense lunch and leisure time to explore camp facilities. An afternoon drive explores the surrounding area.

Accommodation at Satara for the next two nights includes traditional thatched African huts, Rondawels, two single beds, a private washroom, toilet, shower, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, and fridge.

Satara, nestled in Kruger’s grasslands, attracts grazing animals, offering exceptional wildlife viewing. A waterhole outside camp provides chances to spot animals. As the day ends, dinner at camp adds a delightful touch to your experience.

As dawn breaks, we gather for a quick coffee and rusks before exploring Satara's surroundings. Targeting well-known areas, we seek another encounter with the "Big 5." A scenic picnic site offers a delightful breakfast break during our wildlife viewing.

Returning to camp, a rest period allows time to unwind, with options like a refreshing dip in the pool or leisurely shopping at the curios shop. Lunch is served before our final sunset drive, capturing the beauty of the African bush.

Back at camp, another enchanting African sunset unfolds by the campfire. A delicious bush-cooked meal sets the stage for lively conversations, recounting the extraordinary bush experience.

We begin the day with an invigorating bush walk guided by a seasoned Kruger ranger, immersing you in enchanting surroundings. Track footprints, observe wildlife, and discover intricate details often overlooked from a vehicle.

After your return, a substantial breakfast awaits before bidding farewell to Satara and embarking on one last safari drive towards the Kruger National Park's Orpen Gate.

At 11 am, our guide drops you off at the Hoedspruit transfer meeting point, marking the start of your return journey to Johannesburg. The transfer includes a breathtaking ascent up the Drakensberg Escarpment, offering picturesque vistas.

Expect to reach O.R. Tambo Airport between 5 and 6 pm.

A friendly reminder to plan your flight accordingly: domestic departures after 7 pm and international departures after 8 pm.
