To Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

In the morning after breakfast, you will be transferred to Entebbe Airport for your domestic flight to Kihihi Airstrip. Our guide will pick you up from the airstrip upon arrival at your lodge. In the afternoon, you will have a community tour to learn more about the culture, tradition and way of living of the indigenous Batwa people living in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The rest of the evening will be spent relaxing at the lodge.

Gorilla Trekking

This is the day of gorilla tracking. At 7:45 am, you will be at the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest office for a pre-briefing. At 8:30 am, you will start the trek. After finding the gorillas, you will spend a maximum of one hour with them. All visitors are expected back at the starting point by 7 pm. Being physically fit is recommended.

To Entebbe Airport

Early in the morning, you will be transferred to Kihihi Airstrip, where you will take a domestic flight to Entebbe Airport. Upon arrival at Entebbe, you will be picked up and helped to check in for your onward flight. Alternatively, you can be transferred to our partner lodge for a day stay, awaiting your flight at night. Excursions around Entebbe town can be arranged, depending on your flight schedules.
