Your safari adventure begins with a scenic drive from Nairobi to the world-renowned Masai Mara, Kenya’s most celebrated wildlife reserve. En route, stop at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint to admire its dramatic escarpments and panoramic landscapes before continuing to Narok for a gourmet hot lunch. Proceed through rolling plains and Maasai homelands toward the Mara, where endless savannahs welcome you. Upon arrival, enjoy a refreshing drink and seamless check-in at your comfortable safari camp with en-suite tents. Later, unwind at leisure or join an optional evening game drive to witness the first sightings of the Big Five beneath a golden sunset. Conclude your day with a fine dining experience and overnight stay in your tented Camp, complete with hot showers, plush bedding, and good service for an unforgettable start to your safari.

After breakfast, you will embark on a full-day game drive across the breathtaking plains of the Masai Mara, renowned for its vast savannah grasslands and gently rolling hills. The reserve is world-famous for the Great Wildebeest Migration, a spectacular natural event that occurs between July and September when millions of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles cross from the Serengeti into the Mara in search of greener pastures. Throughout the day, you’ll have the chance to encounter Africa’s iconic Big Five — lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino — along with an impressive diversity of wildlife and over 450 bird species. A picnic lunch will be served in the heart of the park, allowing you to dine amidst nature. Later, continue your exploration until evening before returning to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the tranquil sounds of the African wilderness.

After breakfast, visit a traditional Maasai village and immerse yourself in the fascinating culture of the Maasai people. Interact with the locals, learn about their traditions, and enjoy cultural performances that celebrate their deep bond with nature and wildlife. Later, depart for Nakuru with a lunch stop in Mai Mahiu. The scenic drive offers magnificent views of Mount Longonot, an extinct volcano rising from the Great Rift Valley, and the distant, glistening waters of Lake Naivasha. Upon arrival, embark on an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, renowned for its thriving rhino population, colorful flamingos, and abundant wildlife including lions, leopards, buffaloes, and antelopes. In the evening, continue to Nakuru town for dinner and an overnight stay at a comfortable midrange hotel, providing the perfect setting to relax and reflect on the day’s memorable experiences.

After breakfast, you will proceed to Lake Naivasha, a beautiful freshwater lake located in the Great Rift Valley, famous for its serene environment and abundant birdlife. Here, you can enjoy optional activities such as a boat ride to explore the lake’s tranquil waters and observe hippos, waterbirds, and other wildlife up close. You may also visit Crescent Island Sanctuary, where you can take a guided nature walk among freely roaming animals such as giraffes, zebras, and antelopes — a truly unique experience.
Afterward, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to Hell’s Gate National Park in the afternoon. The park is known for its dramatic landscapes featuring towering cliffs, and wildlife viewing opportunities. You can choose to explore the park on a guided game drive, cycle through its scenic gorges, or take a nature walk while spotting animals, Later in the evening, you’ll transfer to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the peaceful ambiance.

Naivasha to Nairobi

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning at your hotel in Naivasha before checking out. Depending on your travel schedule, you may choose to take a leisurely stroll around the lodge grounds or simply unwind as you take in the tranquil atmosphere of the Great Rift Valley one last time.
You will then depart for Nairobi, driving through the scenic highlands and lush farmlands along the way. Upon arrival in the city, you will be dropped off at your preferred location — either at your hotel or directly at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure plans.
