Day 1

Arusha to Serengeti National Park

Arusha to Serengeti National Park

You will be picked up from the hotel after your breakfast. The drive to Serengeti is about 6 hours, including 2 hours of a transit game drive through Ngorongoro Crater.

Serengeti is an absolute must-see. Covering a vast area in northwestern Tanzania, it has over 70 mammal species, including huge populations of lions and other predators, and over 500 bird species. This is a wildlife-viewing paradise. Beyond the incredible great migration that moves through the area seasonally, it is an incredibly beautiful park with diverse flora and fauna.

In the afternoon, you will pause to stretch and have a picnic lunch inside the park. After lunch, you will continue with a game drive until evening, when we take you to the Seronera Campsite for your overnight stay.

Day 2

Full-day game drive in the Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, your driver-guide will pick you up and start the game drive in Serengeti, undoubtedly one of the best-known wildlife sanctuaries in the world.

Very well known for its endless plains, named by the Maasai as ‘’Serengit", Serengeti National Park is most likely the best wildlife sanctuary in the world. It is home to hundreds of lions, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, elephants, buffalos, millions of wildebeests, thousands of zebras, gazelles, and thousands of birds, to mention a few.

The park is world-famous for the great migration of over a million wildebeests and thousands of zebras. You can be sure to see all of this and more. You will have the game drive until the evening, when you will be transferred to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

On this day, you wake up early for breakfast, followed by a game drive in Serengeti National Park, and then head to Ngorongoro National Park.

You'll have a picnic lunch in the afternoon and enjoy a transfer game drive in Ngorongoro Crater. In the evening, you will be transferred to Simba Ngorongoro Campsite for dinner and an overnight stay.

This will give you a wonderful chance to descend into the crater early morning on the following day, where you will be able to spot different wild animal species when they are still active.

Day 4

Ngorongoro Crater and Return to Arusha

After breakfast, we will begin our awaited excursion to Ngorongoro Crater, considered by many to be the Eighth Wonder of the World. When you get your first glimpse at this amazing caldera from the panoramic viewpoint, you will realize why it has gained such modest popularity.

The Ngorongoro Crater is home to a variety of species, including the Big Five. It’s the best place to spot the endangered black rhinoceros.

From the comfort of your open-roof 4x4 Land Cruiser (safari vehicle), you will have a chance to photograph and observe some of the most recognizable faces.

After the chills and thrills of the day, you will have a picnic lunch by the famous hippo pool. Thereafter, you will be transferred to your hotel in Arusha or to the airport.
