Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

You'll start your journey from Kampala and head towards Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, which is located on the way to Murchison Falls National Park. At Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, you will have the opportunity to track and observe white rhinos in their natural habitat. Afterward, you'll continue your journey to Murchison Falls National Park and check into your accommodation for the night.

Game Drive and Boat Cruise

You'll start your day with an early morning game drive in Murchison Falls National Park. This is the best time to spot a variety of wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, lions, buffaloes, and various antelope species. After the game drive, you'll return to your lodge for breakfast and some rest. In the afternoon, you'll embark on a boat cruise along the Nile River to the base of the majestic Murchison Falls. This is a fantastic opportunity to see hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species.

Chimpanzee Trekking and Visit the Top of the Falls

You'll begin your day with an exciting chimpanzee trekking experience in Budongo Forest. Budongo Forest is known for its population of habituated chimpanzees. You’ll have a chance to observe these fascinating primates in their natural habitat. After the chimpanzee trekking, you will visit the top of the Murchison Falls, where the Nile River squeezes through a narrow gorge and plunges with tremendous force. It’s a breathtaking sight and a great photo opportunity. In the evening, you'll return to your lodge and relax.

Transfer Back to Kampala

On your last day, after breakfast, you will begin your journey back to Kampala. You'll enjoy the scenic drive as you make your way back to the city. You'll arrive in Kampala, and that concludes your 4-day adventure to Murchison Falls and Budongo Forest.
