Nairobi -Lake Naivasha

We will pick you up from your Nairobi hotel at approximately 7:30 AM, depending on your location, to begin your safari. The journey to Lake Naivasha, your destination for the day, takes about two hours. Along the way, you’ll make a brief stop at a scenic Rift Valley viewpoint to take in the breathtaking landscape of this vast geological formation. Upon arrival, you’ll begin your day’s activities by exploring the beautiful and expansive Lake Naivasha, before checking in at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge.
A boat excursion to Crescent Island, where you will observe hippos and other wild creatures, is the main activity. You will have a walking safari in Crescent Island.

Lake Naivasha - Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge, you will depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, a drive of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours through the scenic Rift Valley landscape. Upon arrival, you’ll enter the park and enjoy a leisurely game drive en route to your accommodation. Lake Nakuru is known for its rich birdlife, especially flamingos, as well as rhinos, giraffes, and other wildlife. You will spend the night at the charming Sarova Lion Hill Lodge, located within the park and offering panoramic views of the lake.

Lake Nakuru National Park - Masai Mara National Reserve

After an early breakfast at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge, you’ll check out and depart for the Masai Mara National Reserve. The drive takes approximately 3 to 4 hours, passing through scenic landscapes, rural towns, and the Great Rift Valley. You’ll arrive in the Mara in time for a late lunch or early afternoon check-in at Zebra Plains Mara Camp. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a short evening game drive or choose to relax and take in the views from camp.

Masai Mara National Reserve

Spend the day exploring the vast plains of the Masai Mara National Reserve on a full-day game drive, with packed lunch provided to maximize your time in the wild. The Mara offers some of the best wildlife viewing in Africa, with opportunities to spot the Big Five, large herds of herbivores, and a variety of predators in action. In the evening, you’ll have the option to visit a traditional Maasai village for a cultural experience, where you can learn about the community’s customs, way of life, and traditions. Return to Zebra Plains Mara Camp for dinner and overnight.

This marks the end of your safari. After breakfast, you will depart for Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon. You will enjoy a late lunch at a local hotel, after which you may choose to either spend the night (at your own arrangement) or be transferred directly to the airport for your departure, depending on your travel plans.
