Your safari adventure begins with an early morning air transfer from Zanzibar to Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. Upon arrival at the Serengeti airstrip, your safari guide will welcome you and begin an exciting game drive through the vast savannah plains.
The Serengeti is famous for its incredible wildlife including lions, elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. As you explore the park, you may witness predators resting in the shade or herbivores grazing across the plains. Enjoy a picnic lunch during the game drive while surrounded by breathtaking landscapes.
Continue exploring the park during the afternoon before heading to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight in the heart of the Serengeti wilderness.

Today is dedicated to a full day of wildlife exploration in Serengeti National Park. The day usually begins with an early morning game drive when predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards are most active. The golden sunrise over the Serengeti plains provides spectacular scenery and excellent opportunities for photography.
Your guide will take you through different parts of the park searching for wildlife and explaining the Serengeti ecosystem. Depending on the season, you may witness large herds of wildebeest and zebras grazing or migrating across the plains. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing with an afternoon game drive. Later in the evening, return to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3
Serengeti to Ngorongoro crater
Serengeti to Ngorongoro crater
After an early breakfast, depart from Serengeti National Park and begin the scenic journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way you may still encounter wildlife crossing the plains as you leave the Serengeti ecosystem.
As the drive continues, the landscape gradually changes from the open Serengeti plains to the cooler and greener Ngorongoro Highlands. Upon reaching the crater rim, stop at a viewpoint to admire the breathtaking panorama of the Ngorongoro Crater below. This natural volcanic caldera is home to thousands of animals including lions, buffalo, zebras, and elephants.
Later in the afternoon, arrive at your lodge near the crater rim where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

After breakfast, descend from the Ngorongoro Highlands and travel to Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. Located beneath the dramatic Great Rift Valley escarpment, this beautiful park is known for its lush groundwater forest, diverse birdlife, and unique tree-climbing lions.
During the game drive you may encounter elephants moving quietly through the forest, giraffes feeding on acacia trees, and large troops of baboons along the park roads. The lakeshore is often filled with flamingos and other water birds, creating beautiful natural scenes.
After the game drive, depart the park and drive to Arusha Airport where you will connect with your air transfer for departure, marking the end of your 4 Days Unforgettable Tanzania Safari.
