Day 2

From Arusha To Tarangire National Park

From Arusha To Tarangire National Park

Early in the morning after breakfast, your guide will pick you up from the hotel for a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. Along the way, you will pass through the vibrant town of Arusha, nestled at the base of Mount Meru and surrounded by lush forest to the north, giving it a fresh and pleasant climate year-round.

Tarangire is famous for its large herds of elephants and iconic baobab trees, whose bark is a favorite food for elephants. The park is also home to a wide variety of wildlife including warthogs, zebras, lions, leopards, and different species of antelopes, as well as many colorful birds. The drive takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours on a good and safe road. At midday, you will enjoy a relaxing break with a delicious lunch. Afterwards, you will have time for a short game drive and photography before heading in the evening to your lodge just outside the park for dinner, overnight stay, and preparation for the next day’s adventure.

Early this morning, your guide will pick you up for a remarkable journey to Central Serengeti, passing through the breathtaking Ngorongoro highlands. The drive takes approximately 4 to 5.5 hours, and along the way, the landscape unfolds like a living story rolling plains, distant craters, and wildlife appearing as if to welcome you into the wild. Central Serengeti, also called Seronera, is famous for its extraordinary concentration of wildlife. This park constitutes the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world and one of the Natural Wonders of Africa. It has the presence of about 30,000 large mammals, residents all year round (such as buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs and rhinos) and many varieties of birds (such as flamingos, eagles and buzzards). Be ready to see many animals here within a little time
After breakfast, you'll depart to Ngorongoro for a game drive inside Ngorongoro Crater while carrying lunch boxes. Once game drives are done, we will transfer you to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
