Travel From Nairobi to Masai Mara by Road

Our driver will pick you up from your accommodation in Nairobi at 7:00 AM. Set off on a scenic drive southward along the floor of the Great Rift Valley, pausing at a breathtaking viewpoint to admire the panoramic landscapes. From here, continue towards the legendary Masai Mara, enjoying a picnic lunch en route.

Arriving in the afternoon, settle into camp before embarking on an exhilarating evening game drive. The Masai Mara’s vast, tree-studded grasslands and rolling hills create the perfect setting for exceptional wildlife encounters. Expect to see thriving herds of plains game, black-maned lions, stealthy leopards, and agile cheetahs. The reserve is also home to large elephant populations and an extraordinary variety of wildlife.

After an eventful day, unwind at Lenchada Camp, where you’ll enjoy a comfortable tented stay with a hot shower and private bathroom facilities. Dinner will be served under the African sky, marking the perfect end to your first day in the wild.

Masai Mara Full-Day Game Drive Adventure

As the sun rises over the Mara, we set out after an early breakfast for a full-day adventure in this legendary reserve. With packed lunches, we explore the vast plains teeming with wildlife. Masai Mara, the northern extension of the Serengeti, offers unmatched game viewing. At the Mara River, the natural border between these two great ecosystems, wildlife thrives—especially during migration season. Expect thrilling encounters with lions, cheetahs, elephants, and more.

As the day ends, we return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the sounds of the wild.

On Day 3, we set out again for another exciting full-day game drive, maximizing our chances of spotting elusive species and witnessing nature’s raw beauty. Each game drive offers new surprises, from herds of grazers to prowling predators.

After another exhilarating day, we return to camp for dinner and rest, preparing for our final day.

Journey Back From Masai Mara to Nairobi

At the break of dawn, we embark on a pre-morning game drive, the best time to witness predators in action and the savannah coming to life. After an unforgettable morning in the wild, we return to camp for a relaxed late breakfast. With memories of Masai Mara etched in our hearts, we bid farewell to this remarkable reserve and begin our journey back to Nairobi, enjoying a scenic drive with a picnic lunch along the way. By evening, around 5 PM, we arrive in the city, where you'll be dropped off at your hotel, marking the end of an incredible safari adventure.
