2-Day Fly from Dar Es Salaam-Tarangire/Ngorongoro Crater

Domestic flight from Dar es Salaam to Arusha and then Drive to Tarangire National Park

Program: At 6:00 am (pick-up time depends on your hotel's location in Dar), our driver will take you to the airport for an 8:00 am flight from Dar to Arusha. Upon arrival at 9:15 am, our driver-guide will drive you to Tarangire National Park, about 1.5 hours from Arusha, while sharing insights about the history and culture of Arusha and the Maasai people.

Tarangire National Park is well known for its biodiversity including, large elephant herds, consisting of a diversity of landscapes, from seasonal swamps to savanna with the Tarangire River wending its way through the parklands. You may have the experience of seeing a lion stalking his prey or leopards watching whilst relaxing in the trees above.
Once the game drive is done, you will drive back to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and your overnight stay.

Afternoon: You will enjoy your packed lunch inside the park.
Evening: The game drive ends at 4:00 pm. You'll be driven to the lodge for dinner and relax.

Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater and then Drive to Arusha Airport for the Flight back to Dar es Salaam

Transfer Karatu – Ngorongoro Crater: 40 minutes

Program : Get up early in the morning and enjoy breakfast and after breakfast, our safari guide will pick you up from the lodge and then depart to Ngorongoro for game drive inside Ngorongoro Crater for wildlife sighting while carrying lunch boxes. Once game drive is done you will be transferred back to Arusha Airport for your local flight back to Dar Es Salaam where our service ends.

This Park appears to be a lost world when you first arrive to Ngorongoro Crater. The journey into the Crater is an adventure in and of itself, and once you arrive at the bottom, you'll soon be surrounded by over 500 different kinds of birds, zebras, gazelles, and wildebeest. The Crater provides you with the best chance of seeing the endangered black rhino, which can sometimes be spotted in the open grasslands
