Your safari begins after breakfast as you depart Arusha, stopping briefly in town for any last-minute shopping before heading toward Tarangire National Park. As you enter the park, the landscape opens into wide savannahs dotted with towering baobab trees and large elephant herds moving slowly through the grasslands. Tarangire is famous for its seasonal migration, drawing thousands of wildebeest, zebras, buffaloes, and numerous predators. Your guide will explore quieter routes away from crowds, driving along the Tarangire River where wildlife gathers to drink and predators often hunt. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the shade and continue your game drive until late afternoon, when you head to your lodge for dinner and relaxation.

As you descend from the highlands, the scenery shifts dramatically into the endless plains of the Serengeti. Enter through Naabi Hill Gate and enjoy lunch before starting your afternoon game drive in the Seronera region, known for abundant wildlife and year-round water sources. Expect sightings of lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and grazing herds across the golden plains. Continue searching for wildlife until sunset before heading to camp.

Day 3

Begin the day before sunrise with a warm drink and drive out into the Serengeti while predators are still active. Early morning is the best time for spotting lions, cheetahs, and hyenas returning from nighttime hunts. You’ll head toward the quieter eastern Serengeti, known for research areas and excellent cheetah sightings, exploring peaceful routes away from busy tracks. With your packed breakfast, enjoy uninterrupted wildlife viewing as the sun lights up the plains. Continue your game drive into late morning, then start your journey back through the central Serengeti, spotting more animals along the way. After collecting your belongings at camp, travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, arriving at your crater-rim campsite for dinner and overnight.

Explore open grasslands and forests as you search for elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, lions, and the rare black rhino. Visit Lake Magadi, where flamingos, hippos, and water birds gather in large numbers. At Engutoku tok, enjoy a short guided walk near the hippo pool and take a break at the washrooms. After lunch, drive back up the crater rim, collect your belongings at camp, and begin your journey to Arusha or the airport, marking the end of your unforgettable safari.
