Arrival at Arusha

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our friendly driver guide will be waiting for you at the arrivals lounge, holding a sign with your name. After greeting you and assisting with your luggage, you’ll be driven to Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay at Outpost Lodge Arusha, located at the foot of the majestic Mt. Meru, is a vibrant city and a gateway to some of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations. Just 100 kilometers northeast lies Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak at 5,895 meters. To the west, you’ll find Serengeti National Park, famous for its diverse wildlife, including lions, rhinos, giraffes, and leopards, as well as the incredible annual wildebeest migration across its expansive plains.

Tarangire National Park to Arusha

In the morning, the driver will pick you up at your hotel, then drive to Shoprite for a little shopping, and later drive to Tarangire National Park with a packed lunch. Do a game drive until late afternoon, Exist to the park, and drive to Arusha for overnight at Outpost lodge

Tarangire National Park for game drive. Tarangire National Park is famous for its dense wildlife population, which is most spectacular in both wet and dry seasons. During the dry period, thousands of animals- wildebeest, buffalo, and Oryx migrate from the dry Maasai steeple to the Tarangire River looking for water. Lions, leopards, and other predators follow the herds. Tarangire is home to over 500 varieties of birds.

Kikuletwa Hot spring

After breakfast, the driver will pick you up at the hotel and drive to the Boma Ngo’ombe area at Kikuletwa Hot Spring. Spend a day swimming in the hot spring, then later have lunch at the picnic site and drive to Kilimanjaro International Airport for a flight back home.
