Fly to Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park via Kihihi Air strip

On Day 1, begin with an early morning check-in at Entebbe International Airport for your domestic flight to Kihihi Airstrip, departing around 7:45 AM and arriving at approximately 9:00 AM. On arrival, meet your driver and enjoy a scenic 1.5–2-hour transfer to the Buhoma sector of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Check in at your lodge, savor a welcome drink, and unwind. After lunch, relax or explore optional activities such as a village walk or local market visit. In the evening, enjoy dinner at the lodge followed by a pre-trek briefing if your gorilla trek is scheduled for the next day. End the day with an overnight stay, surrounded by the calming sounds of the forest.
