Depart Nairobi in the morning and embark on a scenic drive through the central highlands, passing coffee and tea plantations. Arrive at Meru National Park in time for lunch at your cottage. After settling in, head out for an afternoon game drive, where you may spot elephants, buffalo, zebras, and predators such as lions and leopards. The park’s numerous rivers and lush vegetation create a perfect habitat for a variety of wildlife. As the sun sets, return to the cottage for dinner and an overnight stay.
