Transfer to Murchison, Rhino tracking, Falls visit and short game drive

Your guide will meet you at your lodge in the early morning after your breakfast to start your journey from Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park. Along the way, you'll stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Nakasongola District, home to southern white rhinos, as well as giraffes, hartebeests, and zebras, for a 2-hour tracking experience. You’ll then continue to Masindi for lunch before entering the park, where playful baboons in Budongo Forest welcome you as you head to the top of Murchison Falls to marvel at the world’s strongest waterfall. After checking in at the lodge, you’ll head out for a short evening game drive, lasting about 2 hours. Evening drives here are magical, with the setting sun creating a stunning backdrop for wildlife sightings and the chance to spot predators like lions preparing for the night.

We start the day with an early breakfast at 5:30 am before checking out and loading our bags into the jeep for the day's activities. By 6:00 am, we head out across the savannah plains, especially along the northern bank, famous for its abundant wildlife. Expect to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, various antelope species, and plenty of birds. At 11:00 am, we board a boat for a cruise in Murchison Falls National Park, an unforgettable experience. One option takes you upstream to the base of the mighty Murchison Falls, where you’ll encounter hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and a variety of birds. The cruise offers breathtaking views and fantastic photo opportunities, lasting 2–3 hours before we drive to Kampala for drop-off at your hotel.
