Drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park for an exciting game drive through one of Tanzania’s most scenic wildlife parks. Famous for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds, the park also offers opportunities to spot lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch overlooking the Tarangire River before continuing the afternoon game drive. Later, proceed to Fig Tree Lodge & Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2
Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park
Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we will head towards the Serengeti National Park via the beautiful Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we will descend into the heart of wild Africa the Serengeti National Park with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. We will head to the central park area, known as the Seronera Area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park. It features the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and attracts wildlife well representative of most Serengeti species. We will arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park. Dinner and your overnight stay are at a public campsite.

Day 3
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highlands
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highlands
After breakfast, we depart for a game drive until lunchtime. After lunch, we head to Ngorongoro for an overnight stay. On the way, we can experience the Maasai traditional life and learn about their culture. You can visit the famous Olduvai Gorge (cradle of humankind). but Maasai culture and Olduvai Gorge experience are options. Dinner and your overnight stay are at a public campsite.

Day 4
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After an early breakfast, we will descend over 600 meters onto the crater floor for a half day game drive. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Crater supports a wide variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its dense predator population, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopards, which sometimes require a trained eye to spot. Compared to other parks, Ngorongoro is the only park where you can easily see black rhinos. We will have lunch at a picnic site. After lunch, we ascend the crater in the afternoon and drive back to Arusha for your drop off in the city or airport.
