Tarangire National Park
We’ll pick you up from your hotel, and after a brief introduction to your guide and chef, you’ll head out on a scenic two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park—renowned for its strikingly diverse landscape. This park is especially famous for its ancient baobab trees and boasts the highest concentration of elephants in all of Tanzania. It’s a fantastic place to witness the social dynamics of elephant herds up close.
Your game drive will follow the latest wildlife sightings, focusing on areas where predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards have recently been spotted. Of course, you'll also encounter plenty of herbivores, including giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, and more throughout the park.
Around midday, you’ll stop at the Tarangire River picnic site, where you can enjoy lunch with a stunning view of the river and the animals that gather there. Keep an eye out for cheeky monkeys and baboons—they might try to sneak a bite, but it’s all part of the fun!

Our journey will focus on the Seronera region, located at the heart of the Serengeti.
You’ll arrive in the late afternoon and enjoy lunch before heading out on an exciting game drive through Seronera. As the day winds down, you’ll witness the stunning Serengeti sunset while observing wildlife up close. The Ngorongoro Crater is often regarded as Tanzania’s crown jewel of wildlife parks. Its unique, bowl-shaped landscape not only creates breathtaking scenery but also makes it easier to spot wildlife concentrated on the crater floor.
After an early breakfast, you’ll head to the Ngorongoro viewpoint to take in the surreal, panoramic views—an unforgettable sight. From there, you’ll descend into the crater, setting off on a quest to find the elusive black rhino, one of the rarest animals in the region. While rhinos are more difficult to spot, many other species can be seen with ease due to the crater's enclosed ecosystem. This natural sanctuary is self-sustaining, meaning most animals remain within the crater year-round, eliminating the need for migration.
After lunch, you’ll enjoy a final game drive before ascending the crater walls and beginning your journey back to your hotel in Arusha.
