Nairobi-Masai Mara

Pick up Nairobi by our driver guide ex Hotel/Residence or Airport. Safari Briefing and introduction to your driver guide. Depart for Masai Mara National Reserve. Arrive, check-in and lunch at your Jambo Mara Safari Lodge. Afternoon game drives in the reserve until sunset. Return to the camp/Lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Masai Mara

One Full day spent in the reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. Elephant and Buffalo abound in the riverine forests, while out on the grasslands Impala and Thompson's gazelle can be seen together with their attendant predators such as lion, Cheetah, Hyena and Jackal. The Mara is, in fact, the northern part of the Serengeti ecosystem and plays host to the vast herds of migratory wildebeest and zebra during the months of July to October. Lesser-known species such as topi, hartebeest, waterbuck Eland and many small mammals create a kaleidoscopic picture of wildlife. All meals and overnight stay will be at Jambo Mara Safari Lodge.
