After breakfast, depart your campsite or lodge and head to the Ngorongoro Crater entrance. Descend 600 meters (2,000 feet) to the crater floor for an exciting morning game drive. Known as one of the most wildlife-rich areas on Earth, the crater is home to around 30,000 animals including rare black rhinos, giant elephants, wildebeest, zebras, buffaloes, hippos, and more. It is also a predator hotspot, with frequent sightings of lions, hyenas, cheetahs, jackals, and leopards.

Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch inside the crater, followed by an afternoon game drive through this spectacular natural amphitheater. Later, begin your return journey to Arusha, taking in the final views of Tanzania’s breathtaking landscapes. Upon arrival in Arusha, you’ll be transferred directly to the airport for your departure concluding your safari adventure with comfort, ease, and unforgettable memories.
