As you step off to Tanzania land at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our friendly All Wheels Experience representative will be waiting to greet you with a warm smile and local hospitality. After a 1–1.5 hour transfer, you'll check in at your lodge in Arusha, nestled at the base of Mount Meru. Whether you prefer to unwind in the garden, enjoy a locally brewed coffee, or stroll through town, this day is all about settling in. In the evening, your guide will stop by for a personal safari briefing. We believe your safari starts not in the parks—but the moment you arrive. Dinner will be served at the lodge, with a taste of Tanzanian flavors to whet your appetite for the days ahead.

After a hearty breakfast, hit the road for Tarangire National Park (approx. 2.5 hours), famous for its mighty baobabs and some of the largest elephant herds in East Africa. Your experienced All Wheels guide will help you track wildlife, sharing insights on the ecosystem as you explore the river valleys and dry savannas. You’ll stop for a bush picnic with views that stretch for miles. Tarangire is also a birder’s paradise with over 500 species. In the afternoon, continue to Karatu (1.5 hours), where your lodge awaits with warm hospitality, a cozy fireplace, and locally grown vegetables served fresh for dinner. It's more than a stop—it's an experience of Tanzanian countryside living.

Depart early and drive 45 minutes to the Ngorongoro Crater, descending into this ancient volcanic caldera teeming with wildlife. Your guide will find rhinos grazing by the marsh, lions basking near the roads, and hippos cooling off in spring-fed pools. This is one of the only places where you might spot all the Big Five in one morning. After a picnic lunch on the crater floor, drive 3.5–4 hours to the Serengeti through ever-changing landscapes—misty highlands to golden plains. As you cross into the Serengeti, the wildlife density increases dramatically. Your first glimpse of zebras and wildebeest in the endless grasslands is unforgettable. Settle into your tented camp for a magical night under the stars.

Spend a full day on safari in the Serengeti—Tanzania’s most iconic park. Whether it’s the Great Migration or resident game, the Serengeti always delivers action. Wake up early for a sunrise game drive when predators are most active. Track lions trailing herds, watch elephants march across the plains, and listen to your guide narrate nature’s story in real time. Enjoy lunch under a shady acacia and continue exploring till late afternoon. Every game drive is unique. Whether it’s a cheetah sprint or vultures circling a fresh kill, you’re part of the rhythm of the wild. Back at camp, share stories over dinner, maybe even around the fire with your guide and other travelers.

Today, after an early breakfast, begin your drive back to Arusha (approx. 6–7 hours). This journey allows you to witness how the landscape transitions from untamed plains to fertile highlands and bustling towns. You’ll stop for a packed lunch and stretch breaks along the way. Depending on your departure schedule, we can arrange a freshen-up stop in Arusha before heading to Kilimanjaro International Airport (1–1.5 hours). If time is limited, a scenic bush air transferfrom Serengeti to Arusha is available upon request (extra cost). As your All Wheels Experience ends, you leave not just with photos, but with stories that will stay with you for a lifetime.
