Starting from Arusha, You will be picked up early in the morning from your hotel. The journey proceeds towards Tarangire National Park, passing through the city. Tarangire is distinguished by its vast baobab trees and significant elephant populations, with herds sometimes numbering up to 300 individuals. The park’s sparse vegetation and dry riverbeds, particularly during the dry season from July to October, reveal underground streams that attract wildlife. Large groups of migratory wildebeest, zebras, and buffaloes gather around diminishing water sources, creating exceptional game viewing opportunities. An afternoon game drive with a picnic lunch offers a close encounter with this unique ecosystem. Day 2

Depart Karatu after breakfast with a packed lunch, heading through Ngorongoro Conservation Area towards Central Serengeti. Along the way, you’ll pass Maasai Bomas where traditional communities live harmoniously with wildlife. You have options to visit the Maasai Bomas or stop at Olduvai Gorge, a museum within Ngorongoro known for its rich history where the Leakey anthropologists discovered early human skulls, key to understanding human evolution. Continue your safari drive to Serengeti National Park, enjoying game viewing en route. The Central Serengeti is famous for year-round wildlife, especially around the Seronera River Valley, home to abundant resident animals like impala, buffalo, hippos, warthogs, topi, giraffes, lions, and leopards. Day 4

After breakfast, depart with a picnic lunch for a final game drive in Serengeti National Park. Later, continue toward the Ngorongoro Crater, with an optional stop at Oldupai Gorge (at an additional cost). Upon arrival at the crater rim, enjoy breathtaking views of the vast caldera below. Known as the eighth wonder of the natural world, Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest unbroken volcanic caldera. Formed over 2 million years ago when a massive volcano erupted and collapsed, the crater spans over 19 kilometers wide and has 600-meter-high walls. It is home to diverse ecosystems including acacia woodlands, swamps, and open plains. These habitats support over 30,000 animals, including elephants, lions, flamingoes, black rhinos, and more.
