Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up by our driver/guide from your hotel or residence. The journey to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in southwestern Uganda takes approximately 6 to 8 hours, offering scenic views of Uganda’s countryside. Along the way, you’ll pass through towns, tea plantations, forests, and rolling hills.

Day 2

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Wake up early for breakfast, then head to the park headquarters for a 7:00 AM briefing from Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers. You'll be assigned a gorilla family to track based on your fitness level. The trek can last between 2 to 6 hours, traversing steep hills, dense vegetation, and streams.
Once you locate the gorillas, you’ll have one magical hour to observe and photograph them in their natural habitat. After trekking, return to the lodge for check-out and lunch, then drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, arriving in the evening.

Begin the day with an early morning game drive in the Kasenyi sector, known for its concentration of wildlife. Look out for lions, leopards, hyenas, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes, and more.
Return to the lodge for lunch, then embark on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel in the afternoon. This natural waterway, connecting Lake Edward and Lake George, is home to hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and countless bird species.

Day 4

Chimpanzee Trekking in Kalinzu Forest – Return to Kampala or Entebbe
After breakfast, head to Kalinzu Forest for chimpanzee tracking. Managed by the Uganda Forest Authority, Kalinzu offers one of the best chances to see wild chimpanzees. Unlike gorillas, chimps are highly active and social, often moving rapidly through the treetops. Once located, you’ll spend one hour observing them.
After the trek, begin the drive back to Kampala or Entebbe. Depending on your travel plans, you'll be dropped off at your hotel, residence, or Entebbe International Airport.
