Arrival in Kigali and transfer to Bwindi

On arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be welcomed by our tour driver guide who will take you to an organized restaurant for simple refreshment.
Commence your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park after unwinding for at least an hour. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery as you travel, the lush farmland along the sides of the road, the bustling marketplaces and other fascinating sights, and the people living in the roadside homesteads.

Gorilla tracking and Batwa cultural experience

On the second day of the Rwanda Uganda Gorilla tour, you will have a hearty breakfast before heading to the park headquarters for an early morning briefing for the dos and don'ts of the gorilla tracking. You will trek for about 3 – 5 hours and have one amazing hour of encounter with the gorillas.

After this activity return to the lodge for lunch and some relaxation and later visit to the Batwa group of people in the late afternoon will give you the opportunity to gain additional knowledge about African culture.

You will experience their culture through traditional songs, dances, and stories as well as how they live their daily lives when you arrive at their homesteads. Some of the crafts people create to make a living can be purchased.
Return to the lodge for dinner and a night's stay.

Transfer to Kigali

On the final day of the trip of Rwanda and Uganda, enjoy a hearty breakfast before leaving the lodge to depart for Rwanda. Since there might not be any stops to catch your aircraft we shall move with our packed lunch. This will be the end of our trip.
