Day 1

Transfer to Gulu City via Ziwa for White Rhino Tracking

Transfer to Gulu City via Ziwa for White Rhino Tracking

Early in the morning, your guide will pick you up from your accommodation and go to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Once there, rhino tracking on foot takes an hour. You'll have lunch in Masindi after rhino tracking.

Your transfer to Gulu City begins after lunch. After Joseph Kony's rebels left northern Uganda, a giant awoke. Gulu City is our topic and in this war-torn zone, Gulu is a busy city. You will see that life here is beautiful from sunrise to twilight and into the night. You'll detect those who've overcome their anguish and wish to enjoy life. You'll enjoy supper and the hotel's overnight stay.

Day 2

Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park

Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park

After breakfast, go to Kidepo Valley National Park for lunch and relaxation before animal watching in the late afternoon. The Narus valley in south Kidepo will be your animal watching area. Narus is Kidepo's savannah-acacia woodland section.
Most animals are in this region since it has year-round water supplies. Expect enormous herds of buffaloes, elephants, zebras, antelopes, lions, cheetahs, and leopards.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Morning Game Drive and Karamojong Community Encounter

After enjoying your breakfast, you'll go on a morning game drive where you may see lions, elephants, and zebras, among other animals. After lunch, you'll go back to the resort to unwind in the afternoon.

After getting a full night's sleep, go to the Karamojong community cultural encounter to spend a lovely afternoon or evening with the Karamojong people and get an understanding of their beliefs and way of life. You will spend the night and have supper.
