Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you’ll be greeted by your driver or tour representative holding a sign with your name. After assisting with your luggage, they will transfer you directly to your hotel in Arusha. The drive typically takes 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic and weather. On arrival, check in and settle into your hotel to rest and prepare for your safari.

Day 2
Arusha to Lake Natron
Arusha to Lake Natron
Morning: Depart from Arusha and embark on a scenic drive towards Lake Natron, passing through Maasai villages and the Great Rift Valley.
Afternoon: Arrive at your camp or lodge near Lake Natron. After lunch, take a guided walk to the Ngare Sero Waterfalls, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip and admire the lush surroundings.
Evening: Return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Exploring Lake Natron-Arusha
On the last day of your safari, begin with a guided walk along Lake Natron’s shores, where thousands of flamingos gather and your guide shares the secrets of this unique ecosystem. Visit a Maasai village for a glimpse into their traditional life, descend Ol Doinyo Lengai and enjoy breakfast at camp. In the afternoon, start your return drive to Arusha, pausing for scenic views or cultural encounters along the way. Arrive in Arusha by evening, bringing your Lake Natron safari adventure to a memorable close.
