Your driver guide will take you on a game drive adventure in the Kasenyi plains of the park. Chimpanzee trekking in Kalinzu Forest and departure
Edging closer to the end of your trip, drive to Kalinzu Forest at the briefing center for a pre-trek briefing after breakfast. Kalinzu Forest is one of those few chimpanzee habitats in the country where one can have an incredible time with the chimpanzee primates. The briefing also includes grouping into groups of 8 people and allocating a ranger guide to guide on the tracking of the chimps. A few hours into the forest, the tracking will begin, and though it may sound like a piece of cake but it’s quite challenging for the unfit.
Upon encountering the chimpanzees, you will be given an hour to spend in the presence of these primates, taking pictures, and watching them as they tackle their day’s chores. Drive for lunch at your lodge and check out of your lodge in Queen Elizabeth National Park and depart.
