Pick up and transfer for Murchison Falls National Park – Top of the falls visit

Depending on your location in Entebbe/Kampala, you will meet your safari driver who will welcome and brief you about the tour. Thereafter, embark on your journey to Murchison falls national park. It’s about 6-7 hours’ drive with en route lunch. Enter through Kichwabanyobo gate, connect to visit the top of the falls where you will enjoy the thrilling and sound of the most powerful waterfalls in Africa. Thereafter, proceed to your booked Lodge to check-in, relax, wait up for dinner, overnight.

Early morning game drive and boat cruise along the Nile River - Evening game drive

After an early breakfast at the lodge, you will go for a morning game drive. The activity takes about 3-5 hours depending on animals available, and you will find animals including Elephants, Rothschild giraffes, Buffaloes, lions, Leopards, Hartebeest, Uganda Kobs, Oribis and Waterbucks.
Drive back to the lodge for lunch. Thereafter, connect to Paraa for the afternoon launch cruise along the Nile which will give you an exciting panoramic view at the bottom of the mighty Murchison falls. Along the cruise, you will encounter crocodiles, hippos, and birds on the river banks like kingfisher, cormorants and bee-eater. You will enjoy the views of the falls at the bottom while taking pictures, drive back and meet your safari guide. En-route to the lodge, enjoy an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight stay at lodge as above.

Ziwa Rhino tracking - transfer back to Entebbe

After breakfast, drive out of the park to connect to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. It's about 3-hours' drive from Murchison Falls National Park. Upon arrival, connect at the starting point where you will receive a briefing about rhino tracking from the sanctuary officials. You will be allocated a group to join for your on-foot rhino tracking experience. This experience takes about 1-2 hours’ drive. Thereafter, have your en-route hot lunch before you embark on another 3-4 hours’ drive back to Kampala/Entebbe. You will be dropped off a place you will advise or at Entebbe International Airport for your onward flight back home, marking the end of the tour.
