Arusha to Tarangire
Your safari begins with an early morning pickup in Arusha. You'll join a group of like-minded travelers and drive southwest to Tarangire National Park (approx. 2 hours). You’ll enjoy a full-day game drive, spotting a wide variety of wildlife—zebras, giraffes, impalas, lions, and more—especially along the Tarangire River. After a picnic lunch in the park, you’ll continue your afternoon game drive before exiting the park.
You’ll head to a public campsite near Mto wa Mbu or Karatu, where your tents will be set up for you. The camp crew prepares a hot dinner as you settle in for a night under the stars.

You’ll enter Serengeti around midday and begin a game drive right away, exploring its vast open plains that stretch to the horizon. The Serengeti is rich with wildlife, especially predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards. You may also witness parts of the Great Migration, depending on the season.

In the afternoon, you’ll exit the park and descend to the Ng'edere Campsite in Karatu, located outside the Ngorongoro gate.
