Arrival - Hoedspruit

On arrival you’ll be met at the airport by your guide to welcome you to the lowveld. As we head out towards our wilderness camp, be sure to keep your eyes open as the game viewing starts as we exit the airport. We pass through a small town, then it's on to remote wilderness of Selati Private Game Reserve. We’ll settle in before an introductory sundowner ride.

Central Selati Game Reserve

Our first full riding day will have us out early as we head north to explore the koppies and area famous for great rhino activity. A break along the Selati River for a bush breakfast while we enjoy the cool shade of the rivers magnificent trees. We ride back long an amazing road overlooking the Selati River that so many animals call home before heading back to camp and a well deserved rest before our afternoon game drive.

Southern Selati Game Reserve

We're up early to make the most of our second full day as we explore the southern outcrops of the Lillies area. The boulders and mountains are a treat to explore by bicycle and take us where no vehicles could take you. An relaxed afternoon back at the lodge to enjoy the view over the waterhole before an evening sundowner game drive.

Depart - Hoedspruit

Today we say goodbye to Selati, but not before a final ride in the crisp morning air. These last days often provide great sightings, a way the bush makes sure we always return. Then we’re off for our short drive back to the town of Hoedspruit.
