Morning Chimpanzee Trekking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

You’ll start the day with chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest National Park, home to the highest concentration of primates in Africa. The park shelters over 1,500 chimpanzees, as well as several other species such as red colobus and L’Hoest’s monkeys.
After a briefing from the park rangers, you’ll set off into the forest in search of a chimpanzee troop.
Once you find them, you’ll spend up to one unforgettable hour observing their behavior — watching them feed, play, and interact in their natural habitat.
After a day of trekking, you will transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will head to the Kazinga Channel for an afternoon boat safari. The Kazinga Channel is a natural waterway that connects Lake Edward and Lake George, which are both renowned for their rich diversity.
