After breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up for a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. Known for its large elephant herds and towering baobab trees, Tarangire is a haven for wildlife during the dry season, with animals drawn to the permanent water source of the Tarangire River. You’ll explore the park on an extended game drive, keeping an eye out for lions, giraffes, zebras, and over 500 bird species. Midday, you’ll enjoy a freshly prepared humper hot lunch in a shaded picnic site within the park. Continue with afternoon game viewing before heading to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Depart early from Tarangire and drive toward the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, descending into the world’s largest intact caldera. Enjoy a half-day game drive in the crater, often called the “Garden of Eden,” where you may spot the Big Five, including rhinos, lions, and elephants. The landscapes here are as diverse as the animals. Around midday, your guide will serve a humper hot lunch at a scenic picnic site, often near the hippo pool or Lerai Forest. After lunch, ascend the crater and proceed to the Serengeti with wildlife viewing en route. Arrive in time to unwind at your tented camp.

Today is dedicated to exploring the vast and wildlife-rich Serengeti National Park. Your game drive will take you through open plains, rocky outcrops (kopjes), and river valleys where predators roam and herbivores graze. Depending on the time of year, you may witness the awe-inspiring Great Migration or thrilling predator-prey action. At midday, you’ll pause in a secure wilderness area for a delicious humper hot lunch set up in the bush—allowing you to dine while surrounded by the sounds of nature. Later, continue with afternoon game drives before returning to your camp for dinner and a night under the stars.

After an early breakfast, begin your journey back to Arusha with a final short game drive en route to the park gate. This morning offers a last chance to witness wildlife at sunrise—lions warming themselves on rocks, hyenas heading back to dens, and herds of wildebeest grazing in the golden light. Around mid-morning, you will stop for a scenic humper hot brunch in the bush, a perfect farewell to your Serengeti experience.

After brunch, you will be transferred by road through the Ngorongoro highlands and Karatu, with scenic stops along the way, arriving in Arusha by late afternoon.

Optional: If preferred, a domestic flight from Serengeti to Arusha can be arranged at additional cost—please inquire for availability and pricing.

Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be dropped at your hotel or transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward journey.
