This morning after breakfast you will be transferred to Mwanya (Luzuki) Airstrip, a short drive from the Camp, for your light aircraft flight to Mwaleshi Airstrip. On arrival, you will be transferred to Takwela Main Camp.

Your days here will be spent exploring North Luangwa National Park. The park is home to a thriving black rhino population and boast various iconic wildlife, including lions, hyenas, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, wildebeests, wild dogs, and many other species. You will enjoy morning, afternoon and evening game drives in this remote and less-visited area, giving you a chance to encounter the unique wildlife that inhabits this region. Guided walking safaris here offer a more intimate connection with the pristine wilderness. The heart of your adventure will be the walking safaris, where you traverse the untamed landscape on foot.
