After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Arusha Airport for your scenic flight to the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Upon landing at Seronera Airstrip, your guide will be waiting to take you on your first game drive. The Serengeti is teeming with wildlife – from lions lounging under acacia trees to massive herds of wildebeest and zebra moving across the savannah. Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the Serengeti. With a packed breakfast or lunch, you’ll spend hours out in the wild, maximizing your chances of spotting the park’s most iconic animals. The Serengeti is home to all of Africa’s “Big Five” – lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino – as well as cheetahs, giraffes, and countless bird species. Depending on the season, you may also witness the Great Migration, a natural spectacle where millions of wildebeest and zebra move in search of greener pastures. After an exhilarating day, return to camp for a well-earned rest.

After breakfast, you will drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This ancient volcanic caldera is home to one of the densest concentrations of wildlife in Africa. In just a few hours, you can spot an incredible variety of animals, including black rhinos, lions, hippos, elephants, and countless antelope species. The scenery is just as stunning, with the crater’s lush floor surrounded by towering walls. After a full day of game viewing, ascend to the crater rim and continue to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
