Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your driver/guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a short visit to some of Arusha’s local highlights. Options include a walk through the colorful Maasai Market, a visit to the Cultural Heritage Centre, or a relaxing stroll in the city’s central areas. This is a great chance to get a feel for Tanzanian culture before your safari begins. Overnight in Arusha.

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its large herds of elephants and iconic baobab trees. Tarangire – Ngorongoro Crater

Today you’ll head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a full-day game drive inside the crater – one of Africa's natural wonders. Descend 600 meters into the crater to spot a wide variety of animals, including the Big Five (lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, buffalo). After a picnic lunch, continue game viewing before heading to your lodge for the night.
