You'll drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, home to elephants, lions, hippos, buffalo, and baboons. You'll check in at your lodge located on the Rift Valley escarpment for a lazy evening. Later, you'll participate in a community-guided walking safari through tea, coffee, and cocoa plantations until you reach the twin crater lakes. After an early breakfast, you'll drive to Kalinzu forest reserve for an ultimate encounter with the chimpanzees. You'll spend an hour monitoring how they groom each other before returning to the lodge. In the evening, you'll toast your day on safari with a scenic evening boat cruise along the famous Kazinga channel, which connects Lake Edward to Lake George. You'll continue with a short game drive as you head to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Offering magnificent views of the rift valley, it is also known for its tree-climbing lions. Get ready for a hot lunch and then continue the drive to Bwindi —the home of mountain gorillas.

Today, you'll make the journey to Serengeti National Park. Once you reach it, you will marvel at the multitude of animal and bird life while journeying through this acacia-spotted savannah. Game sightings abound. You'll arrive at the accommodation in time to enjoy a respite from the dirt roads and heat of the day, and enjoy a hearty lunch. Later on in the afternoon, as the animal kingdom comes alive, continue your search for the Big Five. These are lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, and rhino. While taking in the vastness of the Serengeti plains, head for the lodge as the sun sets on this magnificent animal kingdom.
