Your guide will pick you up in Arusha, and you’ll travel through local villages and the beautiful Ngorongoro Highlands on your way to Serengeti National Park. Arriving around midday, enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by nature right at the park entrance. In the afternoon, head out for your first game drive: this is a guided safari where you explore the plains in search of Serengeti’s famous wildlife, like zebras, wildebeest, lions resting in the shade, and perhaps even a swift cheetah in the grass.
