Day 1

Your safari begins with a scenic drive after pickup from your hotel in Arusha to Tarangire National Park, famous for its majestic baobab trees and large herds of elephants. Enjoy a full-day guided game drive, spotting lions, giraffes, zebras, and many bird species. Later in the evening, continue to Karatu for overnight stay at your Lodge.

Begin your morning with an early game drive in the Serengeti, taking in the morning light over the sweeping plains while spotting wildlife such as lions, cheetahs, elephants, and herds of antelope. After a fulfilling morning, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, passing through scenic landscapes and local villages along the way. You may choose to stop at a Maasai village to learn about their traditional lifestyle and culture (optional, extra cost). As you approach the crater, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from the rim. In the evening, settle in for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Wild Camp, with spectacular views and the opportunity to hear the sounds of the African wilderness.

Spend the day on a guided game drive across the diverse crater floor, home to lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, flamingos, and the rare black rhino. Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch in the crater while surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. After exploring this wildlife haven, ascend back to the crater rim and begin your drive back to Arusha. Along the way, reflect on the unforgettable experiences of the past days as your safari concludes with drop-off at your hotel or the airport.
