Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Program of the Day: After breakfast, your tour guide and driver will pick you up from the lodge with a picnic lunch box and set off on an exciting journey to Tarangire National Park for a full-day wildlife game drive. The park, named after the Tarangire River that winds through its landscapes, serves as a vital water source for animals during the dry season.

Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and diverse scenery ranging from seasonal swamps to open savanna. Keep your eyes open—you may spot lions stalking prey or leopards resting in the trees.
