Day 1

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Distance: 30–50 km | Drive time : 2 hours

We’ll pick you up from your hotel in Arusha and introduce you to your guide, chef, and fellow travelers before setting off for Tarangire National Park. Known for its striking landscapes, ancient baobab trees, and the largest concentration of elephants in Tanzania, the park offers incredible opportunities to observe elephant families in their natural habitat. During our game drive, keep an eye out for giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest; lions, cheetahs, and leopards are rarer but possible sightings.

Midday, we’ll stop at the scenic Tarangire River picnic site for lunch, surrounded by the sights and sounds of wildlife. Watch out for playful monkeys and baboons they may try to steal a snack, but they’re harmless and add a touch of fun to your meal.

Day 2

Distance: ~250 km | Drive time (non-game): ~5–6 hours

After breakfast, we depart and head toward the iconic Serengeti plains, passing through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, enjoy occasional wildlife sightings and the stunning landscapes of the highlands. Upon arrival in Serengeti we will go for Lunch at a designed picnic site then, we will embark on an afternoon game drive to spot zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, and perhaps even lions or cheetahs. Tonight, experience the magic of camping in the wild, sleeping in comfortably pitched tents under the stars in central Serengeti.

Distance: ~150 km | Drive time (non-game): ~3–4 hours

Start the day with an early morning game drive in Serengeti, one of the best times to catch predators in action and witness active wildlife. After a morning of thrilling sightings, enjoy lunch at a scenic spot before departing for the Ngorongoro highlands. Along the way, continue game viewing en route. In the evening, arrive at Simba Public Campsite in the highlands for an overnight stay in comfortably pitched tents, surrounded by stunning landscapes.

Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive. The crater floor offers incredible wildlife viewing, including elephants, lions, rhinos, hippos, and a variety of birds. Around midday, enjoy a picnic lunch before starting the drive back to Arusha. Expect to arrive between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, concluding your unforgettable 4-day safari.
