Nairobi-Lake Naivasha

Upon arrival in Nairobi, meet your driver-guide and drive through the scenic Rift Valley to Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake fringed with papyrus and acacia woodlands. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon boat ride across the lake. Watch pods of hippos wallowing in the water, fish eagles swooping down for their catch, and giraffes and waterbucks grazing along the shoreline. You may also visit Crescent Island for a guided walking safari among giraffes, zebras, and antelopes. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Lake Naivasha-Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, famed for its spectacular setting around a shallow alkaline lake. Check in at your lodge, then set off for an afternoon game drive. Nakuru is one of the best places in Kenya to see both black and white rhinos, often spotted grazing by the lakeshore. The park also shelters Rothschild’s giraffes, lions, buffaloes, waterbucks, and leopards. Birdlife thrives here, with flamingos, pelicans, and more than 400 recorded species. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Full day Game drive

After an early breakfast, enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch to maximize your exploration of the reserve. This is predator country: lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas thrive here alongside abundant herbivores. From July to October, the Great Migration fills the plains with wildebeest and zebras, pursued by predators in thrilling hunts.
