As you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our dedicated driver will be waiting to greet you with a sign displaying your name, offering a warm welcome. Following this, you’ll enjoy a seamless transfer to the charming Hotel, where you can relax and unwind. Upon your arrival, a delicious meal will be served to you.
Later, our experienced mountain coordinators and your guide will conduct a pre-trekking briefing. This informative session is an exciting opportunity for you to learn about the adventure that lies ahead and the various wonders you will encounter during your expedition.
The Hotel provides a relaxing atmosphere, complete with a swimming pool, a beautiful garden, a bar, and a restaurant, ensuring a comfortable start to your Kilimanjaro adventure.

On your first day, you’ll begin with breakfast and a briefing from your guide at your Hotel. Following this, you’ll embark on a 1.5-hour drive to Lemosho Park Gate (2,100m). Once you arrive at Lemosho Gate, you’ll complete the necessary registration before starting your trek.
Your adventure begins with a hike along scenic forest trails to Mti Mkubwa Campsite (2,750m). This trek typically takes around 3 hours. Upon reaching the campsite, the porters will set up your tents, and our chef will prepare a delicious lunch for you.
After enjoying your meal, you’ll have some time to relax and acclimate to your surroundings. In the evening, your guide will provide a briefing about the next day’s trek, ensuring you’re well-prepared for the adventures that lie ahead.

Make sure to rest well this evening, as the summit ascent will begin late at night. This preparation is key for a successful climb to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa, where you’ll experience the thrill of standing atop Kilimanjaro.

On this crucial day, you’ll rise around 11:30 PM and start your ascent after enjoying some tea and biscuits. The climb begins as you head northwest, navigating through scree toward Stella Point on the crater rim. The trek to Stella Point, located at 5,685 meters, is often considered the most mentally and physically demanding portion of the climb, typically taking around 6 hours. Upon reaching Stella Point, take a brief rest to absorb the breathtaking views and, if conditions allow, witness a magnificent sunrise. The journey continues with a 2-hour snow-covered ascent to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa. Your time at the summit should be brief due to the cold and potential fatigue.
Afterward, you will descend back to Barafu Camp, a trek that takes about 3 hours, where you’ll have a chance for a short rest before continuing on to Mweka Camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
