Starting your fantastic adventure today by being picked up anywhere in Johannesburg at 7:30 AM to travel the distance between Johannesburg and the Kruger National Park.
Your arrival time in Hazyview/Hoedspruit will be around 1:00 PM, after which you will enjoy lunch (own expense). After lunch, you'll make your way to the entry gate of the Kruger by traveling the short distance from Hoedspruit/Hazyview to the gate. You'll then enjoy a nice informative afternoon safari conducted in our open safari vehicle that will allow for the most optimal way of viewing Mother Nature.
You'll spend the next 2 nights in the Kruger and will be able to enjoy the typical thatch roof accommodation called rondavels (circular house).
Rest camps in Kruger National Park allow you to have a real experience of the wilderness that surrounds you, and by staying inside the park, you get the opportunity to possibly hear lions roaring at night or hyenas calling each other while out hunting and feeding.

Kruger National Park Big Five Safaris
Awaking early to the sounds of the bush, you'll have a quick cup of coffee or tea with some traditional South African rusks, after which you'll head out on your early morning safari.
Waking up early means seeing the animals while they are still active or busy hunting before they rest during the heat of the day. After an extensive morning drive, you'll return to the lodge to enjoy a delicious, well-deserved breakfast. You'll then have some time to relax around the pool and enjoy the scenery. After lunch (own expense), there will be some time for a siesta.
In the late afternoon, when it starts to cool down again, you will head out on our afternoon safari and head in a different direction in search of other animals and species you haven’t seen yet. Watch out for some predators as you cruise gently through the bush.
Tonight, you also have the opportunity to do a sunset/night drive with the Kruger Park rangers after dinner.

You will enjoy brunch upon your arrival back at camp or at a nearby picnic spot in the park. Today's program is a little flexible, as it all depends on what we see.
Lunch today will either be at the restaurant or at a picnic spot en route.
Today, you will enjoy a slightly longer afternoon safari as you want to head further into to park and see areas you have not been to yet!
Your afternoon/evening safari will end with you slowly heading outside of the park to stay in a nearby guesthouse, which will allow you to enjoy your full-day panorama route tour tomorrow.
