Zanzibar to Arusha-Serengeti

Your adventure begins with an early morning flight at 6:00 AM from Zanzibar to Arusha, arriving around 7:30 AM, where our driver-guide will warmly welcome you. After a short safari briefing, you will begin your journey toward the Serengeti, passing through the lively town of Mto wa Mbu, known for its vibrant markets, local culture, and stunning landscapes.

Next, travel through Karatu, a scenic area with rolling hills and traditional villages, before entering the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you can admire breathtaking views and spot wildlife such as zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, and gazelles along the way.

Continue your drive into the Serengeti National Park, stopping for a picnic lunch amid the vast plains. Afterward, enjoy a half-day game drive, exploring the park’s diverse habitats and abundant wildlife. In the evening, arrive at your lodge, settle in, enjoy a freshly prepared dinner, and rest overnight in the heart of the Serengeti.

Today’s focus is spotting the legendary Big Five—lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos. The Central Serengeti offers some of the richest wildlife concentrations in Africa, making it ideal for photographers and wildlife enthusiasts alike.

As the day winds down, return to your lodge for a relaxing dinner and an overnight stay, reflecting on the unforgettable experiences of the day.

Ngorongoro Crater to Zanzibar

After an early breakfast at 6:00 AM, depart your lodge and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a journey of approximately two hours to the crater rim. Upon arrival, descend into the crater for a full-day game drive, enjoying a picnic lunch amidst the stunning landscapes.

The Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is renowned for its exceptional natural beauty and rich wildlife, including excellent opportunities to see the Big Five. You may also spot flamingos and other bird species around the crater lakes.

In the late afternoon, begin your drive back to Arusha Airport for your 4:30 PM flight to Zanzibar. Arriving around 5:30 PM, you will be met by our driver and transferred to your hotel to conclude your safari.
