Day 1

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, our driver-guide of Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris will meet and greet you. Depart from Nairobi to start your safari to Masai Mara via the Great Rift Valley where you’ll stop for panoramic and breathtaking views. Descend the escarpment and drive through the Hemingway trails to Narok town for lunch and then proceed to Masai Mara for check-in at your camp. Enjoy an afternoon game drive through the park viewing the migrating wildebeest and zebra. Search for lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and other members of the Big Five plus other animals. Dinner and overnight will be at the camp.

Day 2

Masai Mara National Reserve

Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast at 07h30, go on a full-day game drive across the rich, tree-studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of plains game, black-maned lions, leopard, and cheetah but also contains numerous elephant and virtually every other type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. A picnic lunch is served at the Mara River which is the border of Kenya and Tanzania, and also the scene for the yearly wildebeest migration.

After lunch, continue with your game drive, covering the park in sections. You will return to the camp at 17h30. An optional visit to the Maasai villages or a nature walk with the Maasai guides can be taken. Later, return to the camp for meals and overnight at the camp.

Day 3

Masai Mara to Nakuru

Masai Mara to Nakuru

An early breakfast is followed by a morning game drive to see the park one last time before your departure. This is the best time to spot some of the early risers. After the game drive, exit the park for a drive to Lake Nakuru, arriving in the late afternoon for a late lunch at your camp. Spend the rest of the evening at leisure as you wait for dinner and overnight at WCK Guesthouse.

Day 4

Breakfast is followed by arrival into the park for a morning game viewing. Animals and birds that are easy to spot include flamingo, pelican, stork, white rhino, buffalo, giraffe, warthog and others. Enjoy the cool breeze from the scenic, shimmering lake lined with pink flamingos. Have a picnic lunch in the park as you enjoy game viewing. Return for dinner and overnight at the guest house.

Day 5

Lake Naivasha to Nairobi

Lake Naivasha to Nairobi

After breakfast, you will proceed to Hell's Gate National Park which is located within the Lake Naivasha vicinity. On arrival at the park gate, you will drive to the gorge where you will enjoy a guided tour of the caves. If you wish, you may hire a bike at the park entrance which is a more adventurous way of exploring the park. The park is home to giraffe, warthog, zebra, buffalo, gazelle, and many birds. Optional rock climbing is offered by experienced guides and handlers. Optional boat rides to Crescent Island are also offered at an extra cost. After the tour of the park, you will drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the evening.
