From the moment I arrived at the Airport I felt welcomed by my guide Ayelew. We explored the beautiful churches of Lalibela, Ethiopia. Ayelew, gave great descriptions of the history of the location, building of the churches, and answered all of my questions. He was great with taking my photos to capture memories. I highly recommend visiting Lalibela with Ayelew as your guide!

We spent only 1,5 days in Lalibela but it was fun. Ayalew was our guide. He speaks good English and knows perfectly history of city and region. You will love to stay with him in Lalibela

UNFORGETTABLE JOURNEY WITH HIDDEN ETHIOPIA TOURS
Our journey through Ethiopia with Hidden Ethiopia Tours was truly unforgettable. The company was extremely professional, well organized, and reliable from start to finish, making the entire trip smooth, comfortable, and safe.
We explored Lalibela and its surroundings, Bahir Dar, Gondar, the Tigray rock-hewn churches, Axum, the Danakil Depression, Addis Ababa, and the Omo Valley. The Lalibela rock-hewn churches were absolutely amazing and deeply spiritual.
A special thanks to our guide, Ayalew, who truly made this journey exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, patient, and passionate about Ethiopia’s history, culture, and people. Ayalew went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect and that we fully understood and enjoyed each destination.
Highly recommended, especially if you have Ayalew as your guide—he is outstanding
