Pick up from hotel was prompt and friendly. Tour guide was flexible, taking us the route in reverse to avoid the crowds. We were each given a bottle of chilled water which was gratefully received. Lots of information about the Falls, local flora and fauna delivered in perfect English. We requested a different destination at the end of the tour and this was not a problem.

Prompt courteous and meticulous, with every detail taken care of.

From the very beginning of just exploring, to booking and payment went very smoothly and meticulously. Tatenda and his team were brilliant, on time and great advice on location to stay and safaris. We had a fantastic time in zimbabwe. Thank you.

A once in a lifetime experience

It was a once in a lifetime trip, with my teenagers and mother. The small group tour was fantastic and we were on our own most of the time or there was only another couple of people. We got to see all of the big 5 and many many other animals!!!! All guides were very attentive and adjusted safari days so we were able to see as many animals as possible. Accomodation was clean and tidy and staff were all amazing! Safari staff were able to keep us informed of our next part of our schedule as some flexibility is needed.
A wonderful trip and Cuckoo Safari’s made it all happen for us.
