Professional service and a well planned itinerary
The tour was excellent throughout. We spent 4 full days in Rwanda taking advantage of overnight flights in both directions. Our first day was in Kilgari where we went to the Genocide Museum. We paid to have a guided tour, which was a bit on the expensive side but definitely worth it. Our guide Claude was a survivor of the genocide so his experience brought the whole history close to home. We were met at the airport by our driver Gordon who stayed with us the whole 4 days. We couldn't have had a nicer man, he spoke excellent English and was a very considerate and careful driver. He was mindful of making sure we didn't over do things and timed meal breaks and rest times to give us time to also relax. Our hotel was excellent, all the staff were friendly and welcoming and the food throughout was delicious. Gordon was able to answer all our many questions and had a good sense of humour and a polite way keeping us on track. Would definitely recommend this trip and ask for Gordon as your driver.

An unforgettable experience
Our experience with Hermosa Life far exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly attentive and helpful, patiently answering all our questions and making sure we felt completely comfortable and prepared for our trip through Rwanda and Uganda.
Their support went far beyond what we expected from a travel agency. When we had problems with our airline, they were there to help us. They picked us up at the airport and took us back at the end of the trip, and everything in between was wonderfully organized. The hotels, meals, activities, and tours were all excellent and made the entire journey truly unforgettable.
A very special mention must go to our guide, Gordon. He is simply a wonderful person. He welcomed us every day with a smile, was always kind, patient, and ready to help, and somehow managed to solve every situation that came our way. Everywhere we went, Gordon seemed to know someone — and everyone seemed genuinely happy to see him. That says a lot about the kind of person he is.
More than just an excellent guide, Gordon became an important part of our experience in Rwanda and Uganda. His warmth, knowledge, good humor, and ability to make everything run smoothly made our trip even more special. He is definitely someone we will miss and remember with great affection.
Hermosa Life delivered much more than a tour — they gave us an amazing experience and memories that we will carry with us for a long time. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone planning a trip to Rwanda and Uganda.

Park where we walked among gorillas and Golden Monkeys and enjoyed the amazing Ellen deGeneres Museum, all was terrific.

Hermosa Life crafted an excellent itinerary which both suited my interests and my budget. They were very prompt to reply to any query I had and were very helpful with helping me find medical help, when I faced a health issue during my trip. Abou, my driver guide, was amazing and I felt I was exploring Rwanda with a good friend. He was professional, polite, friendly and very attentive.
