We booked one day Gorilla Trek with this company starting from the City and our guide Abou picked up 4:30am on time as agreed from four points hotel he was Kind, nice, knowledgeable and overall Hermosa Company went beyond our expectations, if you are in Rwanda for a short time we recommend to go Gorilla trek.
We travelled as a couple.

Rwanda is Beautiful country with beautiful people, we had a chance to go through Rwanda with Hermosa Life Tour Company, we thank very much the team for putting together 7 days program; Eric has been nice from the beginning of our request to the end when we were in the City, very clean also. Our Guide Gordon, is highly recommended when booking a trip with this company very professional, humbled guy and knowledgeable. We cannot express how grateful we were for Rwanda Trip. Gorilla tracking is a lifetime experience.

We already miss Rwanda and our Guide Pacifique, we had an amazing trip to see Gorillas In Vulcanoes Park and Akagera trip, we saw many animals indeed all Big Five high recommend Pacific at Hermosa Tour company, he spotted them and have been in touch with guides inside the park to make sure we see all of them; he is friendly and well known in the city of Kigali. Once we come back with our families we will definitely contact this agency
